| Many
cemeteries
are quite old, and can have outdated irrigation
systems, high maintenance lawn care, poor traffic flow, or may be approaching physical buildout. RJM specializes in cemetery analysis,
planning, and cost/revenue estimating for potential development
and/or renovation opportunities that enhance the ability
for cemeteries to develop more efficient land use. Many public and private cemetery Board of Directors are faced with the prospect of purchasing land for expansion. RJM provides full master planning services for new projects, creating a comprehensive long-range development plan specific to the needs of each client and property variables.
RJM's
cemetery design services include:
- Master
Plans
- Memorial

- Landscape

During
the estimating process RJM provides a comparison of projected
costs versus revenues to determine whether adjusting fees
for burials/memorials is in order to assure that endowments
will grow to a sustainable level. If endowments are shown
to be insufficient, RJM will show the increase in endowment required in order
to meet annual maintenance requirements at buildout.
RJM
provides preliminary probable construction costs for new improvements/modifications
and creates an all-inclusive maintenance cost picture giving
the client all the puzzle pieces needed to decide the best
route of action.
RJM then develops plans showing modifications, renovations
and future development concepts. RJM focuses on creating an
appealing and appropriate atmosphere while minimizing maintenance and maximizing
land use. |
