Robert Mueting AIA, ASLA, LEED AP
Robert J. Mueting is the founder and principal of RJM Design Group, Inc. Mr. Mueting is committed to a participatory and interactive approach to design. His expertise in the areas of creative group dynamics and facilitation, programming and conceptual design, as well as strategies and processes for design innovation contribute to each project. Robert’s background in planning, architecture and landscape architecture, has given him a strong emphasis on integrating human needs into the built environment. This emphasis is combined with knowledge of history and tradition, an understanding of contemporary needs, mastery of construction, attention to detail, and achievement of appropriate design solutions that create community.
Larry Ryan RLA, ASLA
Larry P. Ryan is a founding principal of RJM Design Group, Inc.
During his twenty-eight years of experience, Mr. Ryan has been involved with a wide variety of planning and landscape architectural projects that range from master planned communities to neighborhood parks.
His project involvement encompasses all phases of site development, including concept formulation, agency processing, design development, and construction implementation. He has worked with numerous communities in the evaluation of accessibility issues and the design of appropriate cost-effective solutions.
John C. Courtney ASLA, LEED AP
As a principal of RJM Design Group, Inc., John Courtney has provided leadership and commitment to the core values of the firm for over 14 years and has over 21 years of project management experience on a wide range of large public, private and institutional projects in California, Nevada and the southeastern United States. John’s experience is combined with good listening skills and the desire to understand the needs of clients and end-users to orchestrate appropriate design solutions that reinforce each community’s goals and visions. John has been focused on applying creative design solutions that demonstrate the active stewardship of resources for site development that are both ecologically and economically sustainable.
