Each community has its own pulse consisting of various cultural and environmental nuances. RJM taps into this pulse, as a key element in the design process, via public outreach methods including: community workshops, phone surveys, community intercept kiosks, web surveys, and online social communities. RJM Design Group’s proven community workshop process, 'Taking Part,' is based on the community's desires, needs, and specific project purpose. RJM’s philosophy for this process is that every individual is inherently creative with valuable knowledge and insight into their communities needs and desires.

Landscape Architecture
RJM Design Group provides a comprehensive scope of landscape architecture services including: preliminary design concepts, working drawings, construction documents, and on-site observation; all with a goal of energy efficiency and resource conservation. Through the use of the latest technology RJM provides presentation-quality graphics and detailed drawings including 3D Modeling, presentations, and artistic renderings.

Environmental Leadership
RJM Design Group has always been a proponent of the “Green Design” movement to improving public health and the environment through the creation of sustainable communities. RJM has approached all their projects with attention to energy and water efficiency, use of renewable resources, reduced operations and maintenance costs, and minimal impacts to the environment. RJM’s staff includes LEED Accredited Professionals ready to assist clients who wish to pursue project certification.
