Design of this one block downtown revitalization project in the historic district of Lake Elsinore included program development, preliminary plan alternatives, preparation of construction documents, and on-site observation.
The final design integrated period site furnishings, hardscape design, and landscaping into the thematic streetscape of exciting historic buildings.
