RJM Design Group, Inc.’s goal in the design of master planned communities is to create an integrated community of residential and commercial developments, schools, parks, trails, usable open space, and streetscapes. We establish community identity through the use of consistent tree species, accent planting, integrated hardscape materials, walls, and signage.

Our master planned community designs address land use issues, recreational opportunities, infrastructure, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, historic preservation, and environmental concerns.

RJM Design Group is a proponent of the “Green Design” movement to improve public health and the environment through the creation of sustainable/walkable communities. We approach our projects with attention to energy and water efficiency, use of renewable resources, reduced operations and maintenance costs, and minimal impacts to the environment.
