The Gora Aquatic Facility Renovation project in Galt, CA. involved a complete redesign of a one-acre site to accommodate an intense aquatics program. Facilities included:

• Competition 25 meter x 25 yard pool with a grate gutter system
• 2,500 sf recreation pool
• Two water slides
• Wet mushroom
• Beach entry.
  

Support facilities included:

• Concession room
• Ticketing/office space
• Men’s, women’s and a family locker room/shower/restroom facilities
• Pump building
• Picnic shelters
• Entry plaza

RJM Design Group, Inc. led the design team as prime consultant and oversaw the construction of the $2.3 million construction project.

Construction completion occurred in 1998.
