Description: RJM Design Group
is providing professional design services for the analysis,
planning, design and cost estimating for the design of the
Tracy Family Swim Center.
RJM has developed a master
plan for the physical components desired by the Developer
and City, including a 52m x 25 yd competition pool, recreation
pool, lazy river recreation pool, training/warm-up pool, activities/rental
room, pool buildings, picnic/outdoor rental space, parking,
and community meeting room. Space for future community gymnasium
expansion is also provided in the 20-acre park.
The first phase of construction
is budgeted at $23 million.
