The El Toro Memorial Park project included the preparation of design development plans and construction documents for the parks new administration building.

The plan provided for improved ADA accessible access to the facility, additional parking, and a Mediterranean theme in the entry and formal courtyard.

A stone carved water feature is the focus of the garden court yard and is framed by the buildings surroundings and landscape.
