Design for this 52 acre park includes program development and design alternatives arrived at through a comprehensive community workshop process.

The final Master Plan incorporates a 42,000 SF community recreation and community services center including:

• gymnasium
• counseling center
• music room
• concession facilities
• full kitchen

The Park combines:

• formal stadium softball
• Little League fields
• soccer
• hard court play (tennis, basketball and roller hockey)
• arboretum
• central concession/restroom structure
• group and individual picnic and barbecue
• informal play/open space
• interactive young and old tot lot

Adjacent to existing park facilities include a day care center, the Irvine Civic center, high density residential, office use and the confluence of the Peters Canyon Wash and San Diego Creek.
