Central Park

Design for this 100-acre park included extensive community workshops, program development, preparation for alternative conceptual diagrams, preliminary plan alternatives, and preparation of the final master plan. The final park design integrated a major cultural center and sports center into a passive park setting with lakes, picnic areas, open play, pedestrian and equestrian trails and botanical gardens. Phase one is currently in production for construction documents and includes the community center, senior center, mass grading for 60 acres, circulation parking and infrastructure.
