EUROPA VILLAGE
Temecula, CA

The master-planned community of Europa Village is located at the gateway to the Temecula Wine Country. The project consists of 290 acres of residential estates set amid rows of productive vineyards. Lot sizes range from 2.5 acres to 25 acres. An additional 40 acres is being developed into a unique European style village, representing the architecture, landscape, viticulture, spirit, and culinary delights of France, Italy, and Spain. Europa Village will ultimately become a destination resort replete with deluxe accommodations, wineries, specialty shops, spa facilities, and vineyards situated in the picturesque countryside of the Temecula Wine Country.
