Design for this 52 acre park includes program development and design alternatives arrived at through a comprehensive community workshop process.

The final Master Plan incorporates a 42,000 SF community recreation and community services center including:

• gymnasium
• counseling center
• music room
• concession facilities
• full kitchen

The Park combines:

• Dee Manning Softball Stadium
• Softball fields w/soccer overlay
• recreation tennis
• formal and informal gardens
• concession/restroom building
• group and individual picnic areas
• informal play/open space
• universal accessible interactive young and old play area

Adjacent to existing park facilities include a day care center, the Irvine City Hall, high residential, development and the confluence of the Peters Canyon Wash and San Diego Creek.
