The City of Lake Elsinore is set among picturesque mountains and boasts Southern California's largest natural lake. In the City's Downtown Historic District revitalization project RJM employs a hisrtoric thematic design. RJM integrated the period site furnishings, hardscape design and landscaping ensuring preservation of the traditional downtown.
