Crystal Cove State Park is located on Pacific Coast Highway between Corona del Mar and Laguna Beach.

Trails lead to the 3.2-mile stretch of beach, popular with swimmers, surfers and nature lovers. Park design development consisted of guidelines for a hierarchy of park monumentation, signage, and trails to help orient visitors to the park and create a consistent theme within the park.

Overall park improvements included: Signage Studies, Parking Renovation Studies, Entry Monument Design, Alignment of Accessible D.G. Trail, and Native Planting. Design Further design includes the preservation of existing heritage trees and planting of new specimen trees at the entry.
