El Toro Memorial Cemetery project includes the preparation of design development plans and construction documents for the development of the cemetery’s new administration building. The plan provided for improved ADA access to the facility, additional parking and a Mediterranean theme entry/informal courtyard. A stone carved garden/scaled water feature is the focus of the garden court and is framed by the building’s loggia and surrounding landscape.
