This 330-acre project is located at the gateway to Temecula Wine Country. It consists of 290 acres of vineyard estates with lots ranging from 2.5 acres to 25 acres. An additional 40 acres is being developed into a unique village of wineries representing the architecture, landscape, viticulture, spirit and culinary delights of France, Italy and Spain. This will become a destination resort replete with deluxe accommodations; wine tasting rooms, specialty shops, spa and vineyards.
